A single kettlebell workout uses one bell for the whole session. You press, row, squat, or swing on one side, then the other, or you hold the bell in two hands. The load is uneven. The other side of the body still has to brace. That is the point.
One bell is also the practical home setup. It travels from the living room to the garage to the garden. You do not need a matching pair to start. Ten of the seventeen TV Pass beginner sessions are tagged single. The free IKU Beginner Workout is a single-bell session too.
This hub names a few sessions. It does not clone every workout page. The rest of the 86 live in KETTLEBELL MONSTER™ and on TV (Fire TV, Android TV, Google TV, Roku).
