A 20-minute kettlebell workout in this library is a complete session: introduction, technique, and follow-along. The 20 minutes is the work as filmed. It is not a highlight reel of a 45-minute day.
Four of the eleven are tagged single, four are tagged double, three have equipment unset. HECTOR is a single-bell cardio session; you can drop the mobility block to 2 minutes of rest and finish in 14 minutes. APACHE is a double-bell strength session: ten minutes of work that creeps up on you. RAGE is 20 minutes, two exercises, maximum weight moved. THE PACE MAKER is a 2019 session that still has a protocol built around it.
Twenty minutes is a real lane, not the whole library. The median session is 30 minutes. Longer days go to 45 or 90. If you have a lunch break in the living room, garage, or garden, start here. Training happens in KETTLEBELL MONSTER™ and on TV (Fire TV, Android TV, Google TV, Roku).
Always in the session
