CAVEMANTRAINING™ WORKOUTS

20-minute
kettlebell workouts.

Eleven sessions in this library are filmed at 20 minutes. That is the clock on the session, not a cut of a longer film. HECTOR and APACHE are two of them. Living room, garage, or garden.

  • 11 at 20 minutes
  • 4 single · 4 double
  • Median in the full library is 30 min
HECTOR 20-minute single kettlebell workout HECTOR · 20 MIN · SINGLE

A 20-minute kettlebell workout in this library is a complete session: introduction, technique, and follow-along. The 20 minutes is the work as filmed. It is not a highlight reel of a 45-minute day.

Four of the eleven are tagged single, four are tagged double, three have equipment unset. HECTOR is a single-bell cardio session; you can drop the mobility block to 2 minutes of rest and finish in 14 minutes. APACHE is a double-bell strength session: ten minutes of work that creeps up on you. RAGE is 20 minutes, two exercises, maximum weight moved. THE PACE MAKER is a 2019 session that still has a protocol built around it.

Twenty minutes is a real lane, not the whole library. The median session is 30 minutes. Longer days go to 45 or 90. If you have a lunch break in the living room, garage, or garden, start here. Training happens in KETTLEBELL MONSTER™ and on TV (Fire TV, Android TV, Google TV, Roku).

Always in the session

  • Introduction — why this session exists, who it is for, and how it is scored.
  • Technique — how to do the work in this workout, before you start the clock.
  • Follow-along — press play and train.

SHORT ANSWERS

About a
20-minute session.

Is a 20-minute kettlebell workout enough?

Yes, when the session is programmed. Eleven sessions in this library are filmed at 20 minutes. HECTOR and APACHE are two of them. The median session in the full library is 30 minutes.

One kettlebell or two for a 20-minute day?

Either. Four of the eleven are tagged single, four are tagged double. HECTOR and TANK are filmed with one bell. APACHE, RAGE, and GIANT are filmed with a pair. Most sessions include alternatives and progressions, so a double session can be trained with one bell.

Are any of the 20-minute sessions beginner?

No. Eight are intermediate and three are advanced. The free beginner preview is 28 minutes. Start there, then come back to this lane.
