TRAINING NOTE

This is training,
not medical advice.

These pages teach kettlebell workouts designed by Taco Fleur. They are educational. They are not a medical diagnosis, treatment, or a personal coaching diagnosis.

When to stop

Stop and get checked if you have chest pain, unusual breathlessness, dizziness, or fainting. The same applies if you have known heart, metabolic, or kidney disease and this intensity is new for you.

How to start

If you are new to this intensity, start lighter than the video. Progress when your form holds. That is “start low and progress slow.”
